Our support continues
Good day everyone. As I adhere to Williamson County’s shelter in place order, I continue to support our members from my home office in Georgetown. Please know that Senior University continues to support its members while planning for upcoming lectures.
-Kenn White, Executive Director
Business as usual
It’s business as usual for Senior University. Through the greatness of technology, I continue to respond to member emails, create member accounts, and provide the normal day-to-day support….just from a different location. The Curriculum Committee is still working hard to finalize the Fall 2020 semester and we will hold our first virtual committee meeting in April.
How to contact us
If you have questions about your account, need assistance registering for lectures or need other support, please contact us at: admin@lifelonglearnersgtx.com Due to university phone configuration issues, I am not able to forward the office phone. However, I will be checking the messaged multiple times throughout the day and responding. We will continue to respond to assist you with your membership issues and concerns.
No changes in future lectures
Senior University is planning to conduct its Summer Lectures beginning on Monday, June 8, 2020 at Olin Hall, Southwestern University. Currently, there are no plans to cancel lectures scheduled for 2020. In the event that Williamson County extends its shelter in place policy or restrictions on public gatherings past June 2020, we will notify our members.
Refund options
As we adjust to current circumstances regarding State and County-wide restrictions in place, we want you to know that we will support our members! If we are required to cancel our upcoming summer semester, we will offer you the option for a full refund or apply your payment towards the fall semester, winter semester, or annual membership fee.
We care
You are more than just a member of Senior University, you are family! The Executive Director along with the Board of Directors hope that you are safe and stay resilient during as we all adjust to the Williamson County shelter in place rule.
