Has served with the Georgetown Police Department since 2011, beginning his career after graduating from the Williamson County Nighttime Police Academy. After nearly a decade on patrol, he joined the Community Engagement Division in 2019, where he supports major events such as Chase the Chief, Blue Santa, National Night Out, and Law Enforcement Field Day. Fluent in Spanish, he plays a key role in building strong relationships with Georgetown’s Hispanic community and promoting trust with Spanish‑speaking residents. Officer Salinas is dedicated to representing the department’s values and showing citizens that their police officers serve with honor and protect with vigilance. Outside of work, he runs a construction and real estate business, enjoys church, family activities, outdoor hobbies, cooking, and has been married for 32 years with two daughters.
