Without presenters, Lifelong Learners GTX is just a name.
Over the years, hundreds of presenters have volunteered to share their expertise, their passion, and their experience. The variety is astounding! We value each of them as the heart of what we do.
Instructors are volunteers. We give an annual membership to any who teach at least 3 hours in a term, and they may take any LLGTX courses offered during their teaching term without paying a registration fee.
Benefits of teaching at Lifelong Learners GTX
Teaching at Lifelong Learners GTX provides many benefits not only for our mebers but for our instructors as well. Becoming an instructor allows anyone who is passionate about lifelong learning to go beyond attending classes and lectures. In addition, volunteering as an instructor helps us to add more diversity and terms to our class offerings.
Instructors are not compensated but receive a free one-year membership from date of the first class taught and an honorarium. They may also take other LLGTX courses without paying a registration fee during their teaching term.
