Dr. John W. Ray is an emeritus professor of political science and public policy at Montana Tech of the University of Montana where he taught for 47 years. He has made numerous presentations on the topic of the meaning of the U.S. Constitution and has published extensively also on the Constitution. He received his PhD in political philosophy from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Ray has also offered several courses for Lifelong Learners GTX on political science and political theory and ethics.
